Treatment with FSM is non-invasive and painless. Microcurrent is so small that the client should not feel it at all, although clients may notice warmth and a softening of affected tissues.

Dr. Summer has completed training with Carol McMakin, Frequency Specific, and Frequencies That Mend, including advanced training. She uses FSM daily, and has written protocols for difficult conditions that have gained acceptance throughout the FSM community. Dr. Summer is sought out by other FSM professionals as a coach and mentor. Up to 8 FSM devices may be used during a one-on-one session at Art & Science Healing.

Art & Science Healing is one of the very few places in Austin that offers Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM). This therapy uses a highly specialized device to deliver painless electrical currents (one millionth of an ampere) to painful and injured tissues.
